# Profile Picture

The AI Agent Profile Picture feature allows you to customize your AI agent’s visual identity, enhancing its persona and creating a more engaging user experience. By selecting the right image, you can set the tone of your AI agent whether professional, friendly, or familiar.

**Upload** **Guidelines**

* Supported File Formats:
  * Your image must be in one of the following formats:
    * JPEG
    * PNG
    * GIF
    * WEBP
    * SVG
  * Maximum File Size:
    * The uploaded image file must be less than 10MB.

Best Practices

* Consistency:
  * Ensure the profile picture matches the overall tone of your AI agent and aligns with your brand’s visual identity.
* Clarity:
  * Choose a high-resolution image that remains clear and recognizable on all devices.
* Appropriateness:
  * Consider your target audience when selecting the image. A professional logo might suit corporate environments, while a friendly assistant image might resonate better with casual users.

**Examples:**

1. Professional Style:\
   Use a company logo or any image that reflects a formal and professional brand identity.

> Ideal for business environments where a polished appearance is essential.

2. Familiar & Approachable Style:\
   Select an image that shows a human assistant, a friendly mascot, or even a cat.
