Define the tone of the conversation by adding the first message in your Interworky Dashboard

  • First Message appears immediately after the user opens the chat

  • Examples:

    • A light conversion message like "Hi, I hope you are having a great day, please let me know if you have a question about our new Christmas Discount 🤑"

    • A more of subtle message such as "Welcome to our website, Glad to have you here, If you got any question, ask ahead 🤗"
