Interworky Dashboard offers an all-in-one platform for managing appointments, client records, surveys, and system integrations. Below is an overview of each section and what it offers.

1. Appointments Page

Filter appointments by status: (Requested, Scheduled, Attended, Feedback Pending, Feedback Collected, or Cancelled)

Search appointments by client name for quick access.

2. Clients Page

View the full list of client's and their contact information.Search the client list by name to quickly find client details.

Available on both mobile and desktop views (we recommend desktop view).Pagination is enabled to help manage extensive client records.

3. Post-Visit Surveys Page

Our advanced intelligent assistant, powered by state-of-the-art large language models, ensures seamless feedback collection. This non-invasive approach encourages clients to provide honest, thoughtful responses, enhancing your organization's service without disrupting their experience. View a brief summary of each survey or explore the full survey for deeper insights.Search surveys by client name to quickly locate specific feedback.

Survey Components:

  • Rating Client's provide a score out of 5.

  • What was good?

    Collects insights on what Client's appreciated during their visit.

  • What was bad? Identifies areas for improvement based on the Client's experience.

  • Consent Clients confirm if their feedback can be used in your social media marketing efforts.

Supports both mobile and desktop views (we recommend desktop view).

Pagination allows smooth management of multiple survey responses.

4. Integration Page

Integration page is available only in desktop view to ensure optimal usability.

Security & Access : All dashboard pages are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to ensure security.Login is required to access the organization dashboard, keeping your data safe.

Easy access to rescheduling: Use the dropdown next to a client's name to view their contact information.Pagination is available to help you navigate large lists of appointments.
