### 1. Appointments Page

Survey Components:

* W**hat was good?**

  Collects insights on what Client's appreciated during their visit.
* **What was bad?**\
  Identifies areas for improvement based on the Client's experience.
* **Consent**\
  Clients confirm if their feedback can be used in your social media marketing efforts.
